These materials will provide my students with a welcoming and organized educational environment that will allow them to focus on the learning, and not the lack of materials. My students deserve more than I can provide for them, and they need the basic structure. Last year, my students did not have any math games to work with, just worksheets and some math manipulatives, however, the Quizmo game set will give them a chance to enjoy math and show their peers what they know. I included a rug because we do not have one for our library, so my students did not spend any time in the library last year. This year, I hope to make reading for their free time more popular, so they need to be comfortable. I included the pencil sharpener because ours broke this last month of school. We also ran out of glue and could only do coloring projects. I included the money books in my project because it would be a new and tough concept to teach them this year. My library doesn't currently have any math-based books. All of these materials, including the organizers, will be used to create a steady environment that will better the functionality of the classroom and its students.
