Flexible seating allows for students to make decisions that best suit them in order to take control of their learning. During independent and group work, students will be able to choose a space that fits their specific needs. These chairs will provide a space where my students can be comfortable and engage in learning. I have seen firsthand from other classrooms the improvement of flexible seating. It has helped with class management, academic scores, and increasing student motivation. I want to create an environment where the students are in charge of their own learning. This will empower them to continue to mail positive decisions on meeting their needs.

About my class
