These seats will be used to meet the daily needs of children who have sensory issues. I intend to use them as a way to incorporate children into small and whole group lessons as well as individual desk work. My hope is to eventually have a wide variety of flexible seating and desks to be able to cater to each child. These chairs will provide the much needed movement breaks that some children need while still being able to access the curriculum. It will also provide support to those children who need constant physical activity or the freedom to choose what seat works best for them. It will provide a sense of comfort and community.
