This is a fantastic opportunity for students to see and create annotations in real time. The students need to begin working outside themselves and engaging in metacognition. The eBeam suite of tools will give them this needed chance to "mark up" a presentation, for instance, and share their thinking. "Why is this phrase important?" and "What examples does this make them think of?" are two definite ways students and presenters can use this tool. The technology is editable and will allow for multiple curriculum connections. For example, annotating text passages is super simple. Also, importing documtents such as coordinate grids and then demonstrating locating ordered pairs, determining distance in relation to the origin, are other ways this is a useful and needed tool to reach various levels of learners.
