I describe my room as the 'catch-all' math room. I teach at a school that operates on a year-round calendar. While there are many benefits to the year-round school, it does create some limitations for students who need higher math classes or those on the opposite end needing more support. My position pulls students off team and provides them with either the enrichment or the additional support needed to be successful. I love the variety in my day- bouncing between 3 grade levels, 4 tracks, and the variety of learning needs!
