My class needs headphones to listen to stories that are being read on required assignments. They are mostly auditory learners and these headphones will assist them when they listen to assignments on the computer. This will also allow them to hear their math problems read aloud which aids in their comprehension of both standard math questions and word problems. These headphones are specifically needed due to their large size and padded ears. Some of our students struggle with fine motor skills and therefore cannot utilize smaller headphones or ear buds that would hinder our students from being able to succeed independently. Other students have sensory sensitivities and need extra padding to wear the headphones comfortably.
