The children enjoy playing at the water table and show a curiosity for how water moves. The objective for my project is to help my students become aware of the importance of water and it's properties. The materials requested will support their learning experience. They'll use these materials to predict, observe and explain (POE strategy) their findings as they study what happens when water is used in various activities. They will also use the POE strategy to determine if various items added to the water will float or sink to block the flow! This project will help make water investigation more deliberate and purposeful.
