In my school we have over 80% of the students on free or reduced lunch. The students come to school with the desire to learn and a willingness to be challenged. In some cases there are families who do not have the ability to take their children to a book store or library. Having chapter books within the classroom allows for all children to have the ability to dive into a great book.
