I teach 5th grade in a classroom with general education and special education students. Depending on the year, I can have from 20-41 students in my class. Our school encourages students to be active, inquiry-driven learners. The school is located in a community that supports my classroom with rich real-life experiences for kids through museums, mayor visits, and trips to local sites (We're next to Lake Erie!).
