Because the students of today live in a stimulating, media rich culture, and have more access to information than ever before, it is crucial that I provide differentiated instruction that is both stimulating and challenging. Having access to Kindle Fire tablets will provide my students the opportunity to receive differentiated instruction using various programs that encourage reading, writing, mathematics, and critical thinking. Communicating these academic skills and concepts to students must be relevant and hold this generation's attention while maintaining their interest through the use of technology. These Kindle Fires will allow students to access knowledge and instruction in a way that is meaningful to them.
