Differentiation is important in my classroom to make sure I am reaching all of the ability levels. I strive to make sure I can help all my students achieve their potential. Small groups have been amazing to help my students understand concepts and get more individualized time with me. However, we do not have enough seating in our classroom to leave chairs at my small group tables. Students have to move chairs around and it interferes with instructional time. If students could move freely from station to station without moving chairs it would save on transition time. The seatings I have choosen are comfortable, but will help students with their concentration.
