The classroom rug is where all of our whole class discussions will take place. We will start and end our class each day on the rug! This will be a meeting spot for my students to share their learning, clarify their thinking, and interact positively with their peers. My classroom will be filled with the sounds of little voices engaging in rich dialogue. The bean bag chairs will provide flexible seating options for students. This will allow the kids to "take a break" from their desks. My students will have the opportunity to get comfy while they engage in a great book with their reading partners!
