As fifth graders, I am trying to instill in my students that they should start taking control of their own learning inside and outside of the classroom. With this being said, my students have realized that they do not function in a traditional classroom setting. I believe that the wobble stools and reclining chairs will help students gain the comfort they need to focus. Flexible seating allows all types of learners to be engaged and helps meet the needs of all students throughout the school day. Creating a wide variety of seating options will allow for movement and collaboration within my classroom.
