Imagine being able to watch the life-cycle in action. This incubator while allow students to see and experience this amazing science first hand. Hatching chicken eggs is a great experience! The students get to watch first hand how mother nature works. When we hatch chicken, we tie it to our math, writing, reading and behavior expectations. My self and my co-work engage our students in math projects like using area and perimeter to build a chicken coop. We also can spark creative writing, and informational writing. The students are really vested into their learning. When the chickens hatch students learn responsibility with their new chicken chores.
