There are certain things that are mementos in a person's life. I have had students come back to me after college and tell me they still have their pottery they made in middle school and ask if we are still doing those projects. It is a self made example of something that they didn't think they could accomplish but they did. They will continue to look at these for their rest of their lives, show their children, and always have appreciation for things they can make with their very own hands. The clay, glazes, and tools are what make this happen.

About my class
