These twenty-two Fire tablets with Alexa will help my students with research and, above all, they will help my most struggling students find the ability to express their opinions and ideas. Since Hurricane Harvey hit, our students have suffered from Post Traumatic Stress Disorder, and many of our students have become more withdrawn. In my class, students have the opportunity to write expository essays explaining their thoughts and opinions on a variety of topics. Students who are ESL students or who have learning disabilities can struggle to write their thoughts out effectively with pen and paper. With these tablets, my students will all equitably have the chance to get their thoughts across to the world.
