It seems technology is becoming the way of world. To prepare my students for the real world, I would like to have laptops for my classroom. My students remain in the same room for all academic areas. Since my class is multi-grade, having access to technology allows for more differentiated instruction to take place. There are several educational websites that students can use as a resource that ensures each child is meeting their individual needs. By having the laptops in my classroom, my students can improve their reading and math fluency, conduct research, take assessments, learn through websites, all from the safety of their classroom.
