In order to get students excited about math, I need math manipulatives and games that students can use. Kids need to visually see and physically feel math so that they can understand it. Math lessons need to be fun and hands-on so that all learning styles can be accommodated. When students work on their multiplication skills they can use the Multiplication Tower game. This game will be helpful and fun at the same time. The Power of 10 Slider Boards, the Building Math Skills Write and Wipe Boards and the Place Value Coins will be used throughout my lessons. These manipulative will help my lessons become hands on. That's how my students will be able to learn. I will be able to target the needs of all learners. When students need to work in a privacy manner they can use the partitions. We can also use the partitions when we work on test. These resources are in great need and I hope that you will help us out.
