I currently teach Algebra 1 in a Title 1 school when success in math is a deficient we are trying to rectify. Many students find it hard to sit in cramped desks for 90-minute blocks especially those that suffer from ADHD that need to move around. These standing desks will allow my students to have the option to stand while they work. The desks also act as whiteboards where they can work their problems in Algebra out on. These desks will help students feel more comfortable in the learning environment.
