My classroom library gets utilized every day, but it needs some updates. I want it to be an inviting area where students can read and get lost in a good book. I will use the literacy genre posters to encourage students to read different kinds of books. I will organize the books in our library by reading level with our new tubs. The carpet will be utilized when I read books to the students. The kids will use the bean bag chairs to read independently. I also want to give my students the opportunity to read digital books on Chromebooks. My goal is to help students develop a lifelong love of reading. By donating to this project not only will you help foster the love of reading, but you will also help my students with academic success.
