This classroom library will help create a print rich environment for my students. By allowing access to a collection of diverse books, students can build empathy and understanding. As a class, we have independent reading time every single day. It is my goal to encourage my students to build to a love of lifelong reading. Having access to diverse books allows students to find a book that really speaks to them and sparks that desire to read more books. This bookshelf, books, and accessories will help create the perfect reading space. The more students read, the more they will grow in reading and in life. This project will enrich the lives of these students and more to come!
