This music room rug will make my transitions from teaching one class/ grade to another much easier. This year I have been laying out "dots" for the children to sit on which takes time and gives them an unplanned distraction. They pick up and move the dots and play with them. This rug will eliminate this problem. We will use this rug everyday! This rug will also be a great learning tool, showing many of the percussion instruments we use in the classroom. Drums, wood blocks, triangles, xylophones, and shakers. I can't wait to be able to use this in my classroom.
