According to language acquisition experts, language learner enter what we call a "silent period" when they are emersed in a new country with a new location. As they grapple with the English language they are fearful to speak with emphasis and volume. This makes it difficult for me, the teacher, to determine my students' pronunciation skills and language accuracy, while also not allowing the other students to hear modeled English. This microphone ball will not only add some fun to the class as we can toss it around as the students take turns, but will allow their voices to be projected clearly and loudly. We have two teachers in this program with separate classrooms so we are requesting 2 QBalls.
