Collaborative learning is wonderful for students with special needs. The iPads and Apple TV will help my students better access the curriculum in new and exciting ways. It will also allow them to share their learning with peers. Sharing accomplishments with their peers gives the students greater ownership and additional motivation to learn. Applications such as Nearpod, Gimkit, Quizlet and more make the content more engaging and easier to remember and share. Help me provide these great tools to enhance our educational toolbox. Another way that students can share their learning is via Skype. These devices will help my students connect with people and experts around the world. While we can't afford to travel the world, we can invite the world into visit via the Mircosoft Educator Community and Skype in the Classroom.
