"You can find magic wherever you look. Sit back and relax, all you need is a good book". Dr. Seuss I am asking for a variety of books and four pillows. I am looking to enhance my students reading by giving them the opportunity to have relevant material to analyze and discuss in our small group instruction time, as well as, whole groups reading and read alouds. Currently we have very few classroom sets of books to choose from. Because of this I would like to purchase a class set of The City of Ember book for whole group instruction, and six other small sets of books like Hatchet to use for small group instruction. I am also requesting single copies of five books including Bob, Refugee, and Willy Wonka & the Chocolate Factor along with a boxed set of The city of Ember series. Through these new books my students will be able to have the opportunity to emerge themselves in classic and modern literature on a daily basis.
