Most of our students come from low-income households. Our students may not have access to the specific materials we are requesting. These supplies will ensure that each student has what they need to successfully complete online learning activities. These are materials that students would have had access to in the classroom, but do not due to our district being fully remote at this time. The materials we are requesting will be used for reading, writing and math lessons. The dry erase boards and markers will be used to practice writing sight words, numbers and math equations. The notebooks will be used for journaling. The playing cards will be used for comparing numbers and working on math equations. The supply boxes will be used for students to store their materials. The sheet protectors will be used for paper activities sent home so that they can be used multiple times.
