Students will use the Chromebooks to complete individual research and focused learning on Common Core Standards they need continued help in mastering. Funding this project will give 100% of my 4th graders full-time access to continue to learn computer programming. In the next month, all my students are going to be gaining access to Makey Makey kits. These kits will allow students to take everyday objects, combined them with the Internet and turn them into touchpads. This will explode the enthusiasm and creativity within our classroom. It is also a fantastic way for my 5th grade students to have full-time access to a Internet-based programming, research, and activities.

About my class
