21st Century research and experience prove that most children have a higher grasp of learning through technology. For a large percentage of children ages 4-5, phonemic awareness and Math are difficult content areas due to development or lack of exposure; therefore, it is much more difficult for them to simply grasp and master by simply using songs and visuals. Lakeshore's Bee-Bots will be an excellent way to teach children how to code phonologically and mathmatically in a fun and enriching way using technology. In addition, the photo vocabulary cards and file folder games will be complementary extensions with the Bee-Bots to learn Math and Language Arts.
