The Melissa and Doug puppets will be used as a reading creation station during our community member and fairy tale common core reading units! The sensory table will be used for a math and reading center. The students will hunt for numbers, letters and sight words while feeling there way through materials such as rice, macaroni, water beads etc. The play kitchen will be used for role playing and life skills such as washing dishes, cleaning, cooking, and sharing. The puzzles will be used as a morning station in the earlier months of Kindergarten, to practice fine motor and concentration skills!
