We need Batting Tees, training baseballs and bat and ball sets that will help students learn the basics of batting. Batting Tees allow batters to focus on using correct swinging techniques. For many beginning batters, the skill of hitting a moving object is terrifying. Students fear being hit by a ball that is coming at them. In addition, it is difficult to swing at the right time and level when you are learning how to bat. By using a Batting Tee, students can focus their efforts on just swinging through a stationary object. The success that students experience will help them to gain confidence to later attempt swinging with a live pitcher.
