My students use technology in all aspects of their day. We use iPads, Chromebook, iPhones, and computers for math, reading and work stations. They are learning the basics when using technology as well as learning to research topics they are interested in. We are also learning basic coding skills. In kindergarten some of the state testing we do is done on a computer. We currently do not have any reliable headphones to use in our classroom. We desperately need some!!! My students, like most kindergarten students, are easily distracted by external noise. Headphones will help them be more successful when they use technology.
