Engaging students during distance learning can be a challenge but these learning tubs will draw them in. The items found in these tubs can be used to teach many foundational reading skills. Letter sounds can be emphasized by showing students the real objects found in each letter tub. In addition, tub items can be used to teach blending, segmenting, and rhyming which are all key early literacy skills! Tub items can also be used to build student vocabulary. My students will love these tiny engaging items so much more than a picture! I am excited to find new ways to grab and hold my student's attention during distance learning!
