Our Science Center needs a variety of materials so our children have the opportunity to experience and investigate multiple areas of Science. The BIOrb 8 Gallon Aquarium will be used for the children to observe, take data, learn to care for living things and create a calming effect to the classroom. The LED Activity Table, along with the Light Accessory Activity Kit, and Agate Light Table Slices, will be a hands-on experience for light and color exploration. The children will be using the Animal X-Rays to see the inside of bodies. The Mighty Magnet set will encourage the children to explore observe and figure out the way that things work by experimenting. They will test out with different materials what is magnetic and what is not. The Space Sand will create a situation for our children that will make them wonder how does this work? Why is the sand dry when you take it out of water?
