I am a brand new teacher and I am very eager to learn as much as possible! So the requested book will help me continue to plan functional and appropriate lessons and activities for my students. The requested cash register will allow students to practice typing and computing skills on a realistic machine. They will practice counting and exchanging money for goods. Students will also work on social skills as they interact with potential customers. My hope is for my students to learn as many basic and functional job skills that will allow them to become as independent as possible.
