Children need to be taught organizational skills and these supplies will greatly help with that. In our "Leader In Me" academy each child will keep their own binder in which they can keep charts, growth patterns, notes and a blueprint for this year's expectations. These personal binders will be a new resource for them - and hopefully this skill be used throughout their lifetime. When children set their own growth plans they take ownership in them, their success is so much sweeter!! They will have a section for a personal goal - one they picked for them self. Then on a weekly each child & a partner will discuss the goal - both the ups and downs. They will also have a section to celebrate their each and every accomplishment. What a lifelong task to learn so young!!
