On any given, day during my lessons, my students are provided with reading materials, graphics and pictures, as well as worksheets which are used to enhance the lesson and to aid content delivery. It is my intention that these materials will aid students' understanding and retention of the concepts being taught. In order to achieve this, I have to research, identify and access the desired materials whether online or in various texts. When this is done, the materials are printed or copied using a printer, scanner and/or copier. Students learn best through interaction with the lesson materials. When students are able to read and annotate the text without fear of being reprimanded for marking the text, they are better able to express themselves through writing. Additionally, worksheets help them to practice the desired skill among other aspects of the lesson. Students can also share during group work by exchanging materials and receiving feedback from their classmates. It is always good to plan the perfect lesson to deliver to a class of students. However, without the appropriate teaching and learning materials, the lesson may not be as successful as desired. It is against this background, that I have created this project to access the desired materials to enhance my students' learning.
