Having a horseshoe table in the classroom is important. I will be able to conduct small group instruction in which each and every student will be able to receive specific instruction that is at his/her level. The shape of this table will allow me to observe each and every student in my group to ensure that they are trying their best. Having both a horseshoe table and a rug in the classroom will help to enhance student learning. The rug in the classroom will give us a place to gather together in order to discuss different ideas as well as conduct meetings with one another. Each morning, we participate in a morning meeting. Having a place to all come together for this morning meeting is essential in order to start the day in a positive way.
