My project is requesting funding for a hodge-podge of items that may not be regularly funded by my school next year due to budget cuts as a result of Covid-19. These items will help promote student learning to increase student interest and engagement. The art materials purchased will allow students to create their own manipulatives and projects. The leveled Monopoly games will work in association with our unit on Money, an important unit that provides real-world connections and promotes future financial savvy. The spinner will be used to help students have "brain breaks" throughout their learning. The gift cards to Teachers Pay Teachers will allow me to choose activities that will enhance the learning opportunities they are currently provided with.
