English Language Learners are eager to learn things around the world. I want my classroom to be full of colorful photos and pictures that they can connect to. Most of the curriculum these days emphasize on non fiction or connecting to real life; therefore, it is important for our English Language Learners to see what they learn. My students are visual learners. For instance, for students who have never seen Monarch butterflies before will understand how they look like by looking at a picture on internet. Visual motivate students to learn better. I can't bring the students in person to see the world, but through technology and photos, we can bring the world closer into my classroom. Once again, colors make my classroom enjoyable, attractive, and engaging.
