While COVID-19 completely changed the way we finished the 2019-2020 school year; it can't stop the important work that continues with our youngest learners! As we prepare for the 2020-2021 school year, many changes will be in effect to ensure we continue to provide top-notch education while also taking into account the need for added safety and sanitation. This project will provide playground equipment for each class in order to cut down on the number of shared materials that are utilized during the school day. Each class will have their own equipment to use during recess time. While safety is priority number one, we must also relook at ways we can continue to offer important aspects of a student's day, such as recess, where students learn how to socialize in non-structured settings, problem-solve with peers, and release energy!
