I am requesting Rubic's cubes and pattern blocks so they can use their creative and critical thinking skills to create new products. These materials will help the students become creative and critical thinkers. The pattern blocks will be used to create pictures, but they will have to decide which pattern blocks will work. The Rubik's cube will be used to create mosaics through "Do the Cube" activities. Each activity will help the students use their creative and critical thinking skills. As a GT teacher it is my job to help students develop these type of skills. These activities work well for differentiation because you can adjust the pictures to fit the student.
