Pillows help make reading more comfortable and inviting! With the use of pillows, my students can choose where they would like to read and work! Independent working spots in the classroom can literally be anywhere! Under a table, with a clipboard, along the windows are a few of the favorites. Students stay motivated by being comfortable in their workspace and not being limited to their desks. My students are more engaged when the option to choose their workspace is given. I have also selected a table to assist with more space for project work and group work that occurs in our classroom. It is all about being able to have space and comfort of spreading out. This lightweight table will assist in transforming an area of our classroom into a suitable workspace that offers more flexibility for design and cooperation.
