Our classroom is environmentally friendly. By using whiteboards, we save on paper. Students can practice their writing or answer math problems using their own personal whiteboards. My students also like to create their own anchor charts. This gives them ownership and assists them with remember the facts that they put on the anchor charts. The students get to say the information, write it, and read it once it is complete and being displayed on the easel. The larger white board can be used for practice with math and writing. Or I could use it to display examples of items since it is magnetic also. There are so many ways an easel and whiteboards will benefit our classroom.
