Our school is a beautiful new school in a very challenging area. We have preschool through 6th grade students most of whom are second language learners. Our school is a Title 1 school in year five + of program improvement. The students are energetic about learning, but continually fall short of meeting grade level standards. They love doing math even though it is challenging for them. In the learning center they eagerly work together to solve problems as a team.

About my class
