A light table is a great way to let the children use their senses and discover how to be creative. Its a great tool for science, discovery and creating art. It ignites their imagination and they learn to take turns. This group of children is extremely hands on. The benefits of this activity would be huge for them! As inner city children, these students don't have the opportunity to experience all that I wish for them. When we used the light table their joy at their accomplishments shone bright on their faces. This equipment is an important asset to classrooms.
