I am fortunate enough to be the assistant track coach for some amazing kids. A lot of the kids on the team can not afford running shoes and often run with holes in their shoes, their uniform shoes, or just shoes in terrible condition. Your donations will be used to buy new running shoes to make their running safer and easier. By donating to this project, you will not only help to improve and increase the student's ability to run properly and safely, you will ultimately help to increase their enjoyment of the sport and provide an escape from some harsh realities for a little. In order to be on the track team the students have to have a good GPA and have to stay out of trouble. These kids are leaders and hard workers. They deserve so much! My students will love getting some much needed new shoes!
