With the success of the STEM program at my school we have added it to the 6th grade schedules in addition to the 7th graders. With this increase of students, we will need an additional 3D printer in order to ensure that all students will have a chance to have the CAD projects they work hard on will be printed. The FlashForge Finder 3D printer is a student-friendly and can quickly print all students designs. We will also be using the Bit Coding Robots to look at different coding technologies and explore the systems that robots in real-life use to complete essential tasks. Having a variety of the ThinkFun STEM games including Gravity Maze, Circuit Maze, and Laser Maze, will give students the opportunity to practice their problem-solving skills that are crucial in the STEM career fields.
