Having a homework binder instead of a folder will help with keeping everyone (teacher, student, parent) more organized.Homework folders are easier to lose and tear up. I believe by having a binder, it will build on parent-teacher communication and create an accountability and responsibility part for the students. Building language is an important part of our class! The pocket charts will help with building vocabulary while the alphabet stamps will help as they are learning the alphabet. Both will allow for a hands on experience which is important for 4 year olds as they grow and move from concrete to more abstract later on.
