I am just starting out in my classroom and would like to help my students learn with more hands-on activities with paper and brushes. Color coding and organizing will help me be a more effective teacher and help the students to become more organized as well. Food safety is a big concern in all food service industries and students need to learn how to keep their food safe. My students will learn to cook using safety and sanitary practices after watching the DVD that helps them learn about cross contamination, food borne illnesses and safe practices while they are preparing food for themselves and others.
