My students love creating and working in their own space. The stools and wobble cushions will provide flexible seating options for students. Flexible seating will allow my active learners to get out of their desks and move around the room as they work. When all students are engaged, comfortable, and working hard, student learning outcomes will improve. Flexible seating around the room allows my students to choose what is best for them and their learning. Some of my students focus best when they can separate themselves from peers. With 25 students in a small room that can be difficult for them to find. They would be able to use the privacy dividers to create that safe space. If you haven't heard of Rocketbook, it is the next generation of notebooks. Students will be able to use these to show their learning in new and creative ways, submit their work digitally and then reuse the pages. I am excited about the collaboration possibilities!
